FALL/INDOOR SEASON
This is where the MAGIC happens!
TIME PERIOD: August-Feburary
WHAT: Get small group training made available to team members 2-3 times per week. You'll also get:

WHERE: Sessions are in Either Grand Prairie, Arlington or Cedar Hill

SCHOOL SEASON SESSION
TIME PERIOD: February, March and April
What: This training is geared toward extra help and WORK outside of your school practices!
2 sessions are available during. Others are available per request and availability. Online session scheduling is available per request!
WHERE: Training will be at a primary location located in Grand Prairie
or Arlington!

SUMMER SEASON (MOST POPULAR)
We participate in USATF, NSAF, AAU and TAAF Meets all summer!
Be a part of a TEAM, travel and get high level coaching at practice AND at meets! This is where we become the best we can be!
This is our most popular option! Our kids get consistent training and we put it all to test at various meets throughout the country! We meet 3 days a week with possibility of 1 on 1 time as well!

This Options is available to those who want to get 1 or 2 sessions without joining our team. Coaching should be available to all and for all levels of commitment. This price is $50 for a single drop in at our group sessions.
