HillSideStrength

      Throwing and Lifting are synonymous. It's impossible to be effective in the ring and not get stronger by lifting! HillSideStrength is going deeper into strength building for our throwers and for all sports! Not only are you able to produce more force more efficiently, you'll be able to prevent injury and stay safe during your competitions! It's proven and nothing new in that lifting aids just about every sport! Lifting will take place at my private gym, 2-3 times a week and sessions will be about 70 minutes including warm up and excluding stretch and cool down. The goal is simple, PERFORM WHEN IT COUNTS!
