Virtual Coaching Session $50

1 on 1, 1 hour virtual coaching session. Just as effective as being in person. This eliminates the idea that there's no coaches near you! This is a great way to improve if you're not in DFW or near our facilities.

Video Analysis $25

Send in your videos for breakdown! This is also a great way to get help without doing a live session. We request 48hours to return the video to you as our team is large! You'll need to follow the google form when booking to upload your video. You can also email videos to coacht@momentum-throws.com  after booking. **Payment must be received to receive analysis**

Club Program Training $150/mo

**SUMMER  2024 PROGRAM REGISTRATION IS CLOSED**
This is our most popular option for our team as throwing, lifting, videos, travel to meets and recruiting are all encompassed in this service. You'll sign a team agreement and your fees are due monthly throughout the year. Our WHY has always been to serve and better our community by providing opportunities. We have the resources and ability to do just that! It's not luck, its a plan and preparation that has allowed us 8 college signees in the past 2 years! 

Private 1 on 1 Session $80

Some throwers prefer this option and we understand this completely! However, this option will be difficult to accommodate due to the size of our time and time constraints of our coaches. Please email with an inquiry and we will try our best to accommodate your need or find someone that can help if our options don't fit your needs!
