Jared Tyler

Throwing has changed my life and my hope is that I can give and provide the same opportunity for others. My name is Jared Tyler and I am the founder of Momentum Throws. This started as a dream, which became a thought, and now a reality. I couldn't be more excited about our team and what is coming to Texas and the DFW area. A few of my credentials are as follows

• High school All region 3x shot put and disucs 2009-2011

• 3x Conference Champion with University of Houston (1) and University of Texas at San Antonio (2)

• All C-USA Discus 2014 and 2015 ; All C-USA weight throw 2014; C-USA Discus champion 2015 (52.94m)

  
  

• Collegiate Coach 2016-2019 Texas Lutheran University and University of New Orleans

• NCAA D3 Conference Championship as a coach with Texas Lutheran University 2017

• Many all conference in the SLC and the Southland Conference 2016 and 2017

• NCAA Division 1 All- Conference performers in both shot put, weight throw and hammer throws at the University of New Orleans 2017-2019

• NCAA Division 1 East preliminary Hammer throw (first round of nationals) competitor 2019

• Nationalities coached: Germany, Sweden, Iran, Tongan and Serbian

• Momentum Throws, Est. April 2022

• 11 signees and counting, 7 All-State finalist and medalist 2022, many regional finalists, 11 All Americans in Nike and AAU

• USATF Level 2 Coach Certified
